RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You are not happy with your product? Do you feel like you could have made a better choice? Are they big for you? Small perhaps?... No matter what the reason, at Clark we want you to leave with the best of us, that's why we give you alternatives, among which are changing your lenses for others that better suit you or your default the return of your money, there are only a few details that must be met to make this possible:
REQUIREMENTS
-It should not have traces of use.
-It must be in the same condition in which it was received (including packaging and labels).
-No more than 30 calendar days must have elapsed after the date of purchase.
-To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you have verified that the product meets the requirements, you must contact us at our email ( info@clarkshopcol.com ), specifying in detail, when you made the purchase, and the reasons why you want to make the change or refund ).
Once the product is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received the product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return.
If it is approved, then your change will be processed.
WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE PRODUCT(S)?
For the exchange or return, you must send the products to our main office located at Carrera 18 #86a -41, Apto 601, Bogotá DC, 110211, Colombia.
SHIPPING COSTS
Let's be fair! If you wish to exchange or return a product you will be responsible for the return shipping costs to our main office, however. If you want to exchange for another product, we will take care of shipping that new product.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
CHANGES:
EXCHANGE FOR PRODUCTS OF LOWER VALUE
You have a credit balance! We will give you a voucher for the remaining value that you can redeem in our online store.
EXCHANGE FOR HIGHER VALUE PRODUCTS
Brilliant! There is no problem, we will send you a payment link so that you can complete the remainder.
REFUND:
After receiving the product and checking that everything is in perfect condition, we will begin the refund process in a maximum of ten (10) days.
You must send us the reason for which you want to make the refund, and attach the account to which we must make the transfer.
